Rodi made our home buying experience incredible. Her knowledge, expertise, and tenacity were nothing short of incredible. My wife and I had a unique situation and we really wanted to find our dream home. She took her time and was patient throughout the whole process. She was very responsive when we found a property to look at and really showed how good she was once we decided to put an offer down. We wanted to close quick and get some repairs done and Rodi absolutely delivered. All this to say I would recommend Rodi to anyone and everyone. Rodi is a miraculous wonder woman, and I cannot believe we were privileged enough to have her as our realtor. After a dozen or more showings and 6 offers, Rodi got us into our dream home! My family (husband and 4 daughters under 9) met Rodi at an open house, and she made such an impression on us, that I reached out to her months later to be our realtor. This market was not easy, even as we were heading into a buyer's market. I have never met anyone who was better at communication, whether it be answering our texts and calls in a timely manner EVERY time, or listening to my never-ending list of constantly changing demands. She made us feel special, as if we were her only client and that finding our home was just as important to her as it was to us. My children love her, and she is considered part of our family now. My 3-year-old would scream her name and run into her arms at every showing. Also, we had a horrible experience with a mortgage broker that could've ended terribly, but Rodi refused to quit and introduced us a lender that worked just as tirelessly and honestly as she did. We are forever grateful that this incredible person came into our lives right when we needed her. We closed in 3 weeks and were able to spend the holidays in our beautiful new home, completely unpacked and wholly satisfied. Please- do yourself a favor and let Rodi take the reins. She is truly extraordinary.
